The Dairy Alliance is a nonprofit funded by dairy farm families of the Southeast. They work diligently with dairy farmers, retailers, schools, sports teams, health professionals, local organizations, state leaders, the media and the public to promote dairy foods and knowledge about the dairy industry.
Under Armour Partnership Phase 1 & 2:
The Dairy Alliance worked with Under Armour to educate consumers using their MyFitnessPal app. The “Not All Protein is Created Equal” campaign ran throughout the month of January to reach consumers starting a healthy lifestyle in 2019. Users clicked this milk fact four times more than Under Armor’s successful Quaker Oats campaign!
F.I.T. Girls Rise Up!:
F.I.T. (Fueled and Inspired Together) Girls Rise Up! is a program funded by the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation and the Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation through a grant awarded to GENYOUth. The Dairy Alliance, the local National Dairy Council affiliate, works with GENYOUth to administer the Fuel Up to Play 60 program in Georgia schools. The goal of the F.I.T. Girls Rise Up! Program is to provide middle school girls with consistent and integrated nutrition and physical activity messaging to help develop life-long healthful behaviors at an early age. Elements of the program have been created by middle school girls, for middle school girls.
